[QUERY] Anti-Nazi Flags that Include Swastikas-Legal?

Hey, I know pro-naxi flags with swastikas are illegal, but what are the rules regarding ANTI Nazi flags with swastikas?
Some I've noticed are
Person tgrowing a swastika in the trash
A swastika being blown up
An X through a swastika
A "universal no sign" on top of a swastika
So if one was to make a nation/region with one of these as its banner or flag, would it be legal?

This is more of a miscellaneous query than a discussion thread (see: How to use Moderation).

To answer your question: Moderation's approach to this is to handle these things on a case-by-case basis, so there is little to discuss about it.

Personally I would recommend avoiding it altogether as you are likely to be more scrutinised on your flag - there is a great likelihood people will report your flag if they stumble upon it, even in the event that Moderation does rule it non-actionable.
