[R] Accidentally sent a wrong help request

I had decided to send a second help request as my first one was under the wrong category; the correct one is under "other" and not "report inappropriate user content". I'm sorry for the mistake!

In the future there will be no need to inform us if you accidentally miscategorize a GHR.

Furthermore, the category is just flavor text. They all go into the same bin.
