Are moderators THAT strict?

Hello. I have faced heavy moderation spam warnings from various mods, especially on my alt account East Diegustasta. Why do moderators generally have to roll out that kinda behavior on such new users? We've done nothing wrong!

This happened to me, but we have to keep in mind that they are just volunteers so just be nice to them

Not true. Brand new or long established, the rules apply to everyone equally. It's never acceptable to attack other players or call them names. You proposals have been declared illegal for the reasons listed. It's not easy to write a legal proposal. The minimum we expect is for you to be aware of the rules within a few days. We don't expect you to memorize them, but you should at least know they're there.

We've got 20 years of game experience running here. You can't come in as a newbie and expect us to discard everything everyone else has to live by.

If you have valid complaints of moderator abuse, please file them via the Getting Help page. Moderators cannot edit, delete, or otherwise alter the contents of your GHR, and mod abuse reports are flagged for immediate admin attention. Be sure to include all relevant links to what you are reporting as well as a clear and concise explanation of what the problem is. I must inform you that the administrators have very little patience for frivolous or outright fraudulent reports, and are liable to dismiss incomplete, unspecific, or wildly generalized complaints outright. (IE: "The mods are corrupt!" absent any evidence attached to the report.)
