I had requested a check on the SC draft "Commend Valentine Z" on whether mentioning Forum 7 through terminology such as "Seventh Hall" is legal, and whether "factbook" -- as in nation factbook -- is legal. I'm asking this here as per the SC rules as this hasn't received a response in a few days.
