No words are straight-up banned here. Some are just very difficult to use in a rule-abiding manner, and "nigger" is indeed one of those. However, this is a rare example of it being used to emphasize a point in a rule-abiding (if somewhat bluntly crass manner) rather than trolling.

I just wanted to add here that while Reploid didn't warn, and I won't attempt to overrule that, this is very close specifically because that's the only slur you saw fit to include. The other groups mentioned did not get their own slurs "to make a point" - just that one. So, no, not the best approach; nearly the worst you could have done.
