It's debatable, if anything it might be subtle baiting but I don't see this as major flaming or baiting.

Edit: the second one might be pushing his luck a bit actually

Your opinion is unnecessary as you cannot speak from a position of authority on this. Posts like these are generally considered to be spamming moderation, which can be a warnable offense. Please refrain from doing so in the future.
