i saw the nation of Beyraqapt bullying another nation named IraqiAna only because he is social-deomcratic

First, "bullying" is not a rule. Maybe it's flaming or harassment, which are.
Second, if you saw something, link something. We're not psychics. Don't make us search for it.
Third, if it's a forum issue, post it here. If it's on RMBs or telegrams, file a Getting Help Request. If it happened offsite, it's out of our jurisdiction.
