I can't link to them, but there are a few of those "December 31, 1969" post errors by Guest. I saw them on the back pages of GP, Tech, Moderation, and II.
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.
