In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.

Can we get the ZECC towed back to the Archives?
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask this, as Ive neer had a situation where Ive had to ask this before, but I wanna know:

Im not saying it SHOULD be unlocked, cuz I dont know WHY it was locked... I thought that asking a question that wasnt in character or otherwise would be the thing to be in general, but I wasnt sure... I dont think I said anything insulting, and..couldnt it have just been moved?
Why lock it is my question??

General is a discussion forum, not an "I need help with something and can't figure out Google" forum. There isn't a forum where such a post would be appropriate, so a Move is pointless. Locking the thread was the correct action.
