This is fine where it is. Threads pertaining ti the passage of laws and national reaction of same are perfectly at home in F&NI. They can also be posted in II, especially if its something that a nation has a RP story to go along with or if its likely to lead to conflict (what isn't likely to lead to conflict on NS though? :P )

In your post, you stated you were "unsure" where it should go. A brief look at your post history shows you frequent F7/General and F&NI. Surely, you've seen a lot of threads regarding people passing laws in F&NI....and noted that they weren't moved. If you are "unsure" if a thread requires such a mundane action as being moved, perhaps it's best not to report it? I thank you for your help and consideration, but reports that do not require action being made on a consistent basis do nothing but waste the time of every party involved, and we don't want that, right?

I understand.I was uncertain about that particular one.I will keep that in mind the next time.
