I honestly don't know what this thread is doing in Global Economics & Trade. I don't know if it's spam or just needs to be moved to general or the poster needs a tutorial on what makes an appropriate thread on NS, especially when it comes to NS economics.

That he's "[ripping] off" the thread game "one thing your leader hates about AN leader" with "One thing YN leader likes about AN's Leader."

Both of these brands of AN threads - as are most - are so general there really isn't a case for plagiarism; in this case, it's not even the same type of AN thread (that'd get merged), but "likes" and "hates."

I regret to inform the Moderation Team that this thread is suffering from aggressive gravedigging. A posting history check on the thread owner reveals that his or her account ceased to exist back in mid-2016, yet people keep posting there as if they expect to receive evaluations in return. (I do not appreciate it when people post threads like this and offer to “grade” or “rate” other nations, only to disappear for good after rating just a few countries. I consider it bad form, though that is just my personal opinion.)

Looks like the OP hasn't ever provided ratings; it's just a survey thread. If it's just a survey thread, it's more of a repository than anything else, and is fine.

This thread has just become a massive dump of nonsensical pic spamming: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=416667&start=850 I believe that it needs to come an end and be locked.

People have already been warned on two occasions that I am aware of and one of the individuals, Kannadrickenium, is a repeat offender.

This thread has been reported before and ruled not actionable. The purpose of the very thread is to post GIFs. I find no grave cause to overturn the previous ruling.
