In P2TM, archive threads are usually reserved for megathread RP. MTRP have longevity behind them. There are sequential IC and OOC threads, most well over 300 pages. These tend to have an overwhelming amount of game data - an OOC thread's entire first page would be consumed by it. (An example of an archive thread can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=386061.) They are typically maintained by the OP/CoOPs and do not contain any player IC or OOC posts.

In our community, it is the OP's responsibility to track characters in an OOC thread in a manner that allows for quick reference. (Usually the first or second post in an OOC contains a character listing with a link to each character's application. A CoOP can also carry out this task.) "Character app archive" threads for brand new games take up server space and add an otherwise unnecessary thread to the front page - "spam".

"The Multiversal and Time Adventure" is a brand new RP with very little worldbuild to track and very few characters. There isn't any need for a data archive at this point.

I also request that this game's "interest thread" be locked: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=407224. The OOC is now running. There's no need for this game to maintain four total threads. Consolidating the "interest" and "archive" into the OOC thread will keep that thread active, thus bumping it to the first page and attracting players.

I'll drop a TG to the OP to offer some tips on ways to consolidate his info.
