Another recruiting ad in F&NI, the 4th now by the same nation since yesterday.

Thread locked, at least one earlier thread also locked, explicit instructions to stop posting region ads in F&NI issued (though phrased kindly so as not to discourage an enthusiastic newbie who's clearly put some thought into his nation), and note placed on file to allow other mods to see we've had a minor problem here - though hopefully he'll follow instructions from this point on.

yeah, I was having similar thoughts. Thats why I posted this in the "move" requests and not the "spam" file.

Since this is a purely regional map, maybe it should go in II or NS instead of F&NI perhaps?
