I think it should be in the NS section of NationStates and not International Incidents. Also, I don't recall regional affairs being allowed, unless I missed IC threads somewhere.

It largely depends on what one means by "regional affairs."

If it's a recruitment thread, that belongs in Gameplay. If it's a "regional sign-up thread," this is a sort of distinct phenomenon for roleplaying regions, and they're generally acceptable in the N&I boards. Regional discussion threads are also, tentatively, acceptable if what is being discussed largely amounts to things like the mapping of the region, regional history, regional world-building, etc. - in short, Out-of-Character discussions which are pertinent to an actual In-Character venture.

What I'm seeing here is, essentially, an In-Character assembly. That being said, I've moved it to the NS board.

Somebody moved my thread to F7. This is not in the spirit of the thread, for it was intended to provoke a serious general-esque discussion, albeit on fictional and hypothetical lines, as opposed to the usual banal swill and facetious IC nonsense that goes on in F7 (and which I intentionally avoid for that reason).

The thread, despite evoking fictitious characters and settings, was designed with NSG in mind and modeled loosely after similar "alternate history" threads which have appeared on the forum in the past, when commentators imagined they were in a specific alternative setting and commented on the topic in the OP based on that perspective.

I'm requesting it get moved back to General. Pretty please.
