why is that though ? as it reads to me that they're comparing Untecna's mental capacity to form statements to that of an eight year old child

Telling an adult that they're behaving childishly is not against the rules. It's rude but I don't see it as a violation.

thank you for the explaining it but it really does look more like them calling Untecna stupid, via them saying that Untecna made a comment like that of an eight year old in the original unedited quote that I spoilered. May I receive a second opinion.
