If this is actionable then so are the four thousand comments mocking my region and telling me to leave/end it. lol. It's not rule breaking to be homophobic anyhow. I didn't harass anyone or flame anyone for being gay, I merely made a snarky comment about the region that he since he made one about mine and that happens to be called Gay.

It's absolutely crass, and low-quality attempt at snark, but it doesn't rise to the level of rulebreaking. Homophobia is not in itself banned, it's just a viewpoint that can be challenging to argue or express in a manner that isn't rulebreaking.
