What I did was Just explain why I felt it was the scariest thing about Azur because People who have been known to like the Aesthetic of Nazi Germany have been arrested for doing so in Germany and the fact that when they deny it it is plain obvious that Wehraboos haven been called out on the internet even when they try to deny it

though to be fair I went too far with pointing it out but still Wehraboos have been known to exist and thus have been called out



Also They brought up my usage of the Ghesites even when I moved on and stopped with using them and created my own indigenous people and what I did was just point out the obvious fact

Well I’m sorry for the Flamebait I know it’s my fault and I will not do that again but the stuff about me using Ghesites is just plain wrong because I already got rid off them after I realized what I did was just copyright infringement
So I just used the Joketsuzoku from Ranma 1/2 as the Native Peoples of Australasia along with other groups instead. I’m just trying to rebrand this nation as a Anime Nation but I know what I did was wrong . However saying that I still use Ghesites is also equally just as bad as what I did

So a probable actionable offence is allowed because people have 'sorted it out', you sure you want to open that box of fun? What about the average player that doesn't read the full topic and feels that since this is ok, they can post similar?

I have no points to score beyond a questionable mod decision so i'll go the old second opinion route (I know its up to a mod to decide if it warrants one). Just to note, i'm not overly bothered about the offence in question, its the 'scoring points' dismissal and overall attitude that's worried me about the ruling.

I haven't spoken to the rest of the team, but that is typically the outcome of 'ignored threads'. None of us considered it "a probable actionable offence" or they would would have ruled accordingly.

It's saying "were this flamebaiting, it would be actionable", with the implication that they don't think it's either flamebaiting or actionable.

It's more that "would probably be actionable" meant that it could have warranted a tell-off from a mod. With mild offences that just warrant a knock it off, we generally won't intervene if it looks like the involved parties have patched things up. When it's a warnable/bannable offence, then we would generally still intervene.

We could have been a bit clearer on that.
