It is unreasonable to expect the moderation team or any other posters to have the entire urban dictionary memorized. Whether it's an attempt at a rick-roll (which does not necessarily preclude it from being a euphemism for sodomy, which is what it looked like to me) or something else does not address the fact that its inclusion in the post was unnecessarily provocative.
