NationStates

I would like to appeal the locks for these two
Threads.
Though this had many discussions that took place in this Thread by me, which recently had a lot of rule violations and controversy between nations.

Why Should It Be Unlocked

It should be unlocked for mean reasons, first if you realized all rule violators were outsiders and non of our members made violations of the rules, or neither they were new members that we later realized were bad to IDSF. Second it is our main in communication channel, since this was unexpected and we cannot just simply start a new thread, moving to another off-forums communications method (Ex. RMB,Discord, Forums), would be in-assessable and hard for many members that don’t like the sudden change in different ways.
Also the IDSF Board Meetings is a relatively old and established thread with mostly experienced and old nations. While IDSF admits their are a few bad apples in our organization, I think that the members that are at least established are able to change their conduct and given that we have no rule-violating history, be given another chance to show how we can properly find a place in the forums.
If General Chat between organizations is bad enough, check out TheseThreads as they have the same purpose as a organization communications thread, and they also are old as well. It’s fair to say it is unfair that these threads are authorized to operate, while our thread is made defunct.

So Overall I think it should be UNLOCKED.

I'm pretty sure the reason it was locked was because it became a chat thread, such as when you were talking about raiding and cards and such.

I agree with this. It is very unfair to not allow us to roleplay but allow other people to do it. IDC if whatever mod who replies to this says "Oh it isn't roleplay", when it is the only possible way to have fun on NS. I don't want to wait hours or waste hours playing what is meant to be a free and fun-to-play online text-based RPG without access to an RP group that I co-founded with a friend.

Appeal denied. Those are clearly chat threads.

I mean check out these other threads. They are mainly chat too but they aren’t locked.

Roleplaying wars between nations, roleplaying character interactions involving your diplomats, writing stories about the citizens of your nation, roleplaying sports leagues involving athletes in your nation, raiding regions, defending regions, ideological raiding (often "fash bashing"), debating various topics in NSG, building regional governments, developing and coordinating inter-regional alliances, regional roleplaying, running an inter-regional cultural event, running an interregional festival, non-Nationstates roleplaying (Portal to the Multiverse), silly word/forum games (Forum 7), drafting and submitting new daily issues ideas, playing the trading card market, arguing legislation in the General Assembly, trying to use the Security Council to your own ends, quorum raiding, delegate tipping...

If you want "place to shoot the breeze with your regionmates", that's called "your region's RMB or Discord server."
