Since I’ve done a few REALLY bad things over the last, like 10 days that surely took quite a while of your time to deal with (Derek Chauvin threadjacking and trolling and IRA death calling) and I’d like to apologize for this. I would prefer not to give reasoning why I did what I did because that would reveal some of the personal details of my and people important to me’s lives.
I’d like to issue a public apology but I can’t understand where I can post it. Should I do it in Moderation forum or somewhere else? Should I do it in this thread?

There isn't really a place to do that. NS isn't a blog.

This is accurate. You can demonstrate your apologetic nature by not causing similar problems in future.
