Suggestion To The Moderators for Their Consideration if they wish to consider it:

I would like to suggest this Post for your consideration, if you wish to consider it, It is not my Decision to Make. If You say No we will not consider it. I will say like Ana Maria Polo - He Dicho Caso Cerrado - I Said Case Closed and I will forget about it.

Please view my sig I relate it to my suggestion for your consideration if you wish to do so. I think we should not be allowed to cross out any parts of any persons posts and make comments like Irrelevant, Gibberage or anything else we can think of. We are on NS to share, discuss, debate and argue all our views and words with mutual respect towards each other, following all the rules of decency of NS. My Opinions Are Not Bad Opinions No Ones Opinions Are Bad Opinons. All my words are relevant too me, all his words are relevant to him, all her words are relevant to her. All our words are relevant to us. Then we read them, then discuss, debate and argue all our views and words with mutual respect towards each other, following all the rules of decency of NS.

Recently a certain poster crossed out my entire post, because the poster did not like even one word I said, while respecting him personally. At other times the poster crosses out parts of my relevant post too me, for his or her's consideration. At times a few other persons might have done the same to my posts, but very rarely if any. I think we should not be allowed to do this. I think we should not be allowed to cross out any persons relevant words too them who posted them to us. I will never cross out even one letter, number or word a person posted to me. I think it is very disrespectful too any of us. But in my case I took no personal offense of hate for the person, I don't take personal offense at any person who does, But it is very disrespectful. But It looks very ugly too, especially on the one where my whole post was crossed out.

If you wish to consider my suggestion for your decision, not my decision, thank you. If you don't wish to consider my suggestion, I say like Ana Maria Polo - He Dicho Caso Cerrado - I Said Case Closed and I will forget about it.

Doesn't matter. You may care that you wrote them but if they are irrelevant, they are irrelevant and a person is not required to consider them. Crossing them out is one way to show that your words are not important to the conversation at hand and are not being considered,

I don't like sounding mean but it is very possible your entire post was irrelevant to the conversation, GMS. Having debated with you many times, you do have a bad habit of posting entire paragraphs of waffle that don't contribute anything, as well as avoiding questions that you are asked. I think I know better than many people that getting you to give a straight answer sometimes is like pulling teeth.

Beyond my views of the merit of controlling expression through platform, removing the strikethrough feature sounds more like something that belongs in Technical. Tinkering with the BBCode is more in their field, but I’m not a moderator to decide that. There’s also the tangential matter of using it for make pretty words stylistic writing.

lol, No the problem is not me, the problem are my political views. In this second post, I tried, to reason with nice details to the poster, to not call me and my fellow Proud Pro Trump Republicans, Trump Cultists, Trump is my Dear Leader, Trump is my God Emperor, and this applies to all of my fellow Proud Trump Republican Supporters. He answered back No, because of this, this and this, all of you are Trump Cultists. Basically or exactly that is what the poster said to me on the second Post? Proving My Point?

We're not going to implement a rule on this; there is no need for one.

If someone is consistently following a player around threads and repeatedly quoting their posts to strike them through / call them irrelevant, then potentially that could rise to harassment. If that's the case, report it in a separate report thread in this forum.

However, if someone is repeatedly having others call their posts "irrelevant" or "gibberish" then they should also consider if the fault lies with them for continually posting irrelevant or nonsensical content. You've been told this already, GMS, and I'm not the first to do so.

But I think I Proved my case on these 2 Posters who have me on ignore which it is non actionable. But on the other Poster I don't want to hurt him by reporting him. I never want to report anyone. I have looked the other way many times. But at times they go to far and I have no choice I need to report it. But I cant stop other Persons from reporting on my behalf.

I Will Not Report This Person. I don't want to hurt anyone. Everyone Knows I hate Reporting Persons. We all love NS General and the RP Forums. I am Currently A Joint RP with good Friend Nova Kartago, The RP is going very well.

The standard test for flaming has always been whether or not the post attacks the poster personally. Calling your post "irrelevant" or "gibberish" is not a personal attack. Essentially, you're trying to enforce a civility rule. I don't think that it is necessary, and would significantly stifle conversation, as what is rulebreaking expands significantly.

You just crossed the limit into malicious editing. You did NOT "cross out" my words. You just added your own words to my quote.
