Yes I've been seeing it too, it's been intermittent over the past couple of hours. I chalked it up to the Mods changing settings at the back end to counter the spammer.

It's been going on for a couple days for me.

Not getting an error message, but a lot of stuff has been taking forever to load (If it even does load, which is a bit "If") at the most random times.

I have been noticing it on previous days too, but it's usually coinciding with a spammer being present, hence why I'm assuming it's part and parcel of the same thing that was happening in the past few hours.
