May I have a second opinion on this, please? I’m not trying to be rude or anything, but what makes the rules not apply when the gloating is directed towards DOS users? I mean, granted, they’re DOS - but afaik the gloating rule in the OSRS doesn’t include an exception for DOS users.

Acknowledged, though in my opinion this...”exception” (stance? ruling? Can’t think of a good term >.<) regarding DOS users is one that should be defined in the OSRS.
