A user's posts to a Q&A thread are trolling and baiting.

This post implies that not being white is a negative trait for a scientist (trolling against people of color and baiting a reaction) and also uses Down Syndrome as a pejorative (trolling against neurodivergence and baiting a reaction) against (emphases added).

I while I do admit some of our scientists aren't a 100% white/caucasian, they would make the 'random quack" on the street look like if he had down syndrome. Also do you have a degree? No? I thought so.

This post makes a "go to the kitchen" bait (emphasis added)

I appreciate hearing you don't advocate those views.

That being said, I would point out that you did not indicate your posts as being in-character in any discernible way (there is no indication of a character speaking, rather than the user). And behavior being in-character does not automatically justify it. I did not include your initial question in the report, as I wanted to try to interpret that initial question in good faith as much as I could. However, you continued to post in the thread with more un-charactered baiting statements (that is to say, not discernibly marked as in-character). That is what across as trolls and baits.
