My guess is that this will not be ruled a troll. According to the One Stop Rules shop the name doesn't appear to be in violation of the rules. The nation also seems to have an appropriate motto, national animal, and currency. As for the post I thought it was actually rather thoughtful.

Just for the record, I wasn't objecting to the post. It was the name that caught my attention. The name is very, er, loud? I provided a link to the nation and the nation's post (there's only six posts) for thoroughness' sake.
