[R] Plagiarism in the GA

Don’t know if the Secretariat can take of it or if the Moderation team could/should see it, but
https://www.nationstates.net/page=UN_vi ... 1611530101 includes section 1 which is a pretty blatant copy of the US Constitution. Only difference is a missing comma between “bear” and “arms”.

Works for me. (Feel free to move or whatever if this isn’t the place) In the future, would it be best to report this to the Secretariat so they can discard or to Moderation so they can take other action?

The secretariat is responsible for legality calls. If there's a plagiarism complaint that needs to be addressed my mods, they have a mechanism for contacting us privately.
