In my 17 years of being on this site on and off, I would say that there has always been a slight pro-left bias among the moderation team. But, I wouldn't say that it is the to extent of NS having effectively become a safe space for the left.

That's mainly what I've seen, too. It's a little strange though; in most places, I'd expect to see more conservatives or fascists, but right-wingers here have run the whole gamut from theocrats to monarchists. It's kind of weird, but also kind of interesting lol

We, in most cases, do not discuss why one is removed from the site with 3rd parties. I can assure you that it's for a VERY good reason.

First, it's nobody's business except the deleted player and the mods. We observe privacy even for deleted players.
Second, we won't advertise or glorify the content leading to a deletion. Deletion copycats are actually a thing, and there are other good reasons for not sharing.

Protests are irrelevant. If you don't know the facts (and protesters virtually never do), then any protests are meaningless. Protesters have no intrinsic right to that knowledge, and the protests are almost always unrelated to the actual events.
