Saying that a given ethnic group is not "capable of democracy" is pretty obviously trolling in my eyes.

Yes, their culture does not lend itself to democracy. This is hardly controversial opinion. It was something left was telling us in the mid-2000s as a reason to bring home the troops. I'm surprised that is the part I was being reported for.
