[Q] Regarding PG-13

I know the general rule for keeping content PG-13 is "If you have to ask, it's probably not PG-13" but I feel like I should ask anyways to clear up some stuff in my mind.

First off, would it step over the PG-13 line to have a humanoid robot that looks nude, but there are no discernable features other than just body shape?
If that is acceptable, would it still be acceptable if the robot had human-like skin (as in the skin color, where it looks more like an android)?

Second, would mechanical body horror be over the PG-13 line? Like a humanoid robot, but with limbs missing, but instead of gore it's machinery?

If needed, I could provide an example to get a better understanding of my questions. I will refrain for posting said example until I get the greenlight to give the example.

Also, robots spewing machinery is not going to be a problem.
