[QUERY] Signature Ban Appeals

A few years ago I was banned from using the forum signature function after repeatedly going over the eight-line limit. I would like to appeal this ban, however in the appeals process page says I need links to the threads in which the decision was made. However, I am unsure if I need to link the posts in the Signature Report thread, but as far as I can see there is no response from the mods in response to the reports. So my question is, do I need to link the reports or something else?
