I get that Turkey's denial of the Armenian Genocide is egregious, but this has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand. Nothing. It's pretty much intended to get a rise out of Turkish users.

No because I never said all in that sentence. I said "it seems to often be a common result." Often, not always, and im referring to the history of a country and not each and every Turkish person alive. I was specifically trying to avoid an all X is Y statement when I said that.

It's like saying "black americans seem to often be killed by police unjustly." Is that an all X is Y statement?

For Rojava's "all x are y" or other potential trolling: I'm going to go ahead and say not actionable. It certainly is just patently not "all X are Y" as it is referring to a country often doing something, not people from that country always doing something.

Both, however, qualify as a potential threadjack, so stop it. I issued a reminder accordingly in the thread since you and Asle were not the only ones losing track of the topic.
