Better than what we do today where literally every weakness is treated not as something to overcome and grow stronger from doing so but as something to be worshiped and pandered to. Used to be that the man born with no arms would learn to use his arms and become an inspiration to millions. Now he'll just lie in bed all day being catered to, newer amount to anything and live an unproductive, sad and dejected life. A society that panders to weakness, to stupidity, to people who won't grow up is one where those people can't grow up and can't develop and can't ever be happy.
People like this guy need to be spat on until they change their ways and become better not just for all our sake but their own. A school that newer fails you newer teaches you either.
(the "die in a ditch of their own digging" seems especially concerning here; although the highlighted "normal" -- suggesting that the disabled and mentally ill are "abnormal" -- also seems questionable)

We also don't worship weakness, with the exception of a handful of regressives who grandstand, though they are hardly the majority of the population.
We really do. These days being weak, being sick, being an addict, being morbidly fat, all these things are considered "lifestyle choices" and the people making these "choices" expect the rest of us to just bend over and accommodate them.
The way I see it we should offer all of these people a choice. Either you chose to become NORMAL like the rest of us, in which case you have our full help and support as a society or you chose not to in which case you are on your own. Help those that want our help become normal and leave the rest to die in a ditch of their own digging.
