[Query] Proper way to replace old gameplay embassy?

Hello, If I (with the consent of the original poster) would like to replace the old gameplay thread for our region which hasn't been used in a while (or much at all to be honest) , with a new one under a different nation, what is the process for doing so. Can we just post a new one if the old one is quite abandoned, or do we have to make a request to lock the old one or merge them together?

Our general preference is to stick to the one thread, and we can change over the OP to someone new if the original player is gone / wants it done. But if the thread is from years ago, then it's fine to post a new one. Can you link to the old one?

If you can get Farlandiay to post here to confirm they're happy with that, I can change the first post of that thread to Royal Scribe of Ravana. That way you get the thread controlled by that nation and keep all your region's history in one place.

Thanks. I can't make the transfer until Royal Scribe of Ravana has a forum account. Someone just needs to log into that nation and browse to the forums, and it creates one automatically.
