It's been pages since there was any discussion of right-wing topics in the Right-Wing Discussion Thread. It's mostly been Warhammer 40K, arguments about which is the worst gender (possibly in good fun, but still), and people being mad at "gamer culture". I'm not sure if this kind of extended tangenting is normal for one of these long-term discussion threads, but I thought it was worth bringing to Moderation's attention.

EDIT: And now it seems to have fully devolved into just a banter-filled chat thread.

The thread has managed to tie 40K into politics and into right-wing topics such as conservatism and traditionalism. “Gamer culture” has been a widely-discussed topic in right-wing threads. Banter is banter, right-wingers can laugh too, and nobody was going over the line. If you can’t hang then there’s the door.

I have no idea if this is considered a third-party appeal since the report is not about a specific person, but as someone he interacted with I don’t see any of what has happened as a threadjack. If this is somehow warning-worthy then you might as well shut-down LWDT as well.

This is a gentle reminder to keep things on topic. Discussing tabletop games and movies in general should into their respective threads.

Seconded what Kat said, plus I was not referring to an insult towards the person in his link, I am pointing out that you can't use a disability as an insult in general specifically because it's an extended insult to anyone else with that disability on this site. Hence, trolling.

the only implications of this post are that men on average are not better at much than women and are not superior. this is a standard feminist opinion, simply delivered in a jokey fashion. i can't possibly see how it could be read as trolling.
