Since we usually talk about new Mods or Mods taking a leave, figured that I would write a little OP.

As you can probably tell by now, our Dearest Overgoat Kyrusia has stepped down from his duties, now free and wandering about, grazing in the glorious and nutritious grass that this world has to offer! I don't have insider info, or pretend to know; I just happened to check Moderation regularly for... reasons!

In all seriousness, I am not gonna pretend that I know all and everything about you (not in a creepy or any other way); what I meant is that given my starting time since Nov 2015, I have missed out on a lot of prior activity. I did catch up those days when you were still a Game Mod / red role (then promoted to a Senior Game Mod / blue role). However, I do know that in this short 4-5 years here, you have been one of the more helpful Mods and Mentors around here. You managed to help me out with the anchor tags, which I now realise that they are godsent (I would link it, but I think it would fall under "shamelessly promoting my factbooks in a Thank You post"; it's in my character F&NI factbook, as a hint). And this is just one of them, of course!

You also run a fantastic Discord server for RP / Worldbuilding help and advice, which I will admit that I have not been around as much (or lurked a lot), but I certainly have a lot of joy during my bouts of activity in there.

Thank you for everything, and hey, all the best with everything you do, be it on NS, or IRL (especially in these trying times).

I am genuinely sad to see Kyrusia leave the moderation team; he was dedicated to doing the best job possible, and is a person whose advice and friendship I value greatly.

Otherwise, it was just time. It'd been a thought that had been in my mind for quite some time, and now felt more appropriate than points in the past. I've done my proverbial "tour," and figured it was time to hang-up the jacket.
