how is the navy gonna stop a plane full of people short of shooting them down? last I checked ships float on water and planes fly in the air.

Seems to implying that planes carrying potential infected or those even coming from China in general should be shot down with missiles in order to prevent them from coming to the US.

Looks to me more like someone saying "We has to stop them!" and someone else saying, "Build a wall?" and a third person saying, "On the West Coast? That's what the Navy's for" and finally what you posted. I'm not sure why you included Thermo's post, though.
