Per the Guide to Sports Roleplaying, "Tournaments that are not scorinated" do not belong in NSS. The OP of this thread says: "No outcomes of matches are decided".

It therefore follows that this RP does not belong in NS Sports, but probably in the general NS RP forum.

This is a regional thread that has been organized elsewhere.The rules you've quoted are aimed at competitions intended for mass participation, and so don't apply here
