Most of the topics I opened were locked, I really do not understand.Can you please help ?

As I understand it
The issues I have raised are related to fascism and racism. Malicious people can attack the topic I opened,I guess this is the reason.

Your OP didn't really allow for productive discussion. Asking "are all muslims terrorists" is such a loaded question and it very likely that thread would have just turned into a lot of personal attacks. If you'd like to get a better sense of threads that work well, look at existing ones.

Every time I open a thread, it closes,Does not close when someone opens it.This really makes me sad,is this a special case for me ? Or am I making another rule error ? please explain, I don't want to make mistakes test subject in two subjects

I.e. I'm heterosexual, and I find that makes it easy for me in the world because I'm the very definition of 'normal'. How about you? Do you think your sexual orientation has a large impact on how you deal with the world?

How do you determine if a topic is spam ?
