There's a difference between an argument and an explanation.

"Quality trolling" is a weak argument, and wold have qualified as trollnaming if there was no other content. The other argument makes it simply punctuation to the statement.

"He's a troll who was deleted earlier" is an explanation. He's not calling him a troll, he's explaining that the mods officially called him a troll.
