There is no trolling or flambaiting.

I find it odd that you didn't really report such a thing earlier. Also, there was no slurs, blaming of a group, or true mocking of an individual.

There was also no off-topic remarks.

First, regarding the OP report, the video was mild and would have resulted in a loom just to prevent further escalation. At this point, I am going to focus more so on the actionable offenses.
