I think this speaks for itself. As it is pride month, I would suspect that this user deliberately changed their flag to sardonically coincide with pride. It’s disgusting, and blatant bigotry like this that’s offensive to the queer users on this site should be dealt with.

Sorry for the speech. I hope this is actionable.

1) Flag reports should be made via the Getting Help page.
2) The reported flag is not actionable, nor is particularly homophobic/transphobic even before reading DI's explanation linked in their sig (easy to miss if you don't have sigs enabled though). It does not advocate violence against LGBTQ individuals. Is it crass? Sure, it can be read as crass. But if we smacked people for being crass, the site would be pretty dead.
