Am I breaking any rules of signature word or line limit ?
It is 540 BCE, Cyrene is just one single 15 hectare Greek/Hellenic city. But it is also the only city in Cyrencia(and Libya). Hence the rulers of Cyrene claim to be rulers of the entire Africa East of Egypt and west of Carthrage. It is the most isolated Civilized settlement in the world, yet it has managed to flourish well through trade and learning with the Hellenic world.
Should be fine, for the limit is eight written lines, if I recall correctly. (Not a mod, though ...)

I can't make a ruling, since I'm not a mod, but the limit is eight lines, and yours *seems* to be six. Wait for a mod to make a ruling, though.
