For the part that you put in bold, it's a sarcastic reference to the actual people near my neighborhood, educational instutions, even mass media, etc that literally teaches and spreads flawed research and spinned scientific findings. I don't see why it would be trolling.

Edit: Except if (judging on other user's reported post here) the use of triple parenthesis for whatever reason is forbidden, of which I'm unaware of and I'm sorry if it is.
