In the Feminist Discussion Thread III, I was warned for gravedigging and spamming for remarking "Ah I forgot about this thread. Good times," or something similar.
In the charge or spamming, perhaps that is accurate. Perhaps I should have commented something more substantive, but I think you'll agree, as spam goes, that wasn't very egregious.
On the charge of gravedigging, I was under the perhaps mistaken impression both that a thread had to be inactive for a month before it was considered actionable gravedigging to post on it, and that the rules were more lax in discussion megathreads. Even then, I was not the one who posted on the thread after weeks of inactivity, that was the post above me, so if anyone should be warned it is them, though I enphatically do not believe they should be warned for the reasons above.
