Yeah, that, and add in the no habla ingles is probably another giveaway, plus general appearance, IE wet, dirty, etc. (that's not racist, think about it for a minute before you REEEEEE) That article OP posted is out of date, might not still hold true. Even if it does, a crimes a crime, and as I've been saying they are justified imo.
