I'd saying delusional fanatics voluntarily resurrecting the invisible killers that have slaughtered billions and caused untold misery since the dawn of civilization is a pretty fucking high degree of social threat. Probably a little above "what if some brown dude read some dumb stuff and decides to drive his truck into a crowd!!!", actually.

Calling religious people who oppose vaccinations "delusional fanatics" seems to be pretty close to the classic "religious people are mentally ill" trope. Again, the bolding is mine.
