Ok, so I was just wondering if the /warn command was only for mods, I mean, I don't want to get in trouble if I use it, but I wasnt to use it in my Roleplay.

Don't use the 'warn' tags.

Non-moderators are not permitted to use them, and I frankly question the intelligence of using them in a post where you're asking if you can use them - even if only for illustrative purposes. It's all there in the One-Stop Rules Shop.
