In your recruitment thread, given it's about an initiative of your region and gameplay; it's not roleplay, it doesn't belong on a roleplaying board. It's been merged to your recruitment thread, as regions only get one thread in Gameplay.

Read the stickies on each board, as well as the actual description of each board. They give you a good idea of what belongs where. What they don't provide, looking at the actual threads on the board is a good place to start.
