oof well that sucks. The reason I'm asking this is because one of my most recent flags was deleted by the mods cause it incorporated an Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging symbol in it.

They dont want nazi symbols onsite. If you're gonna be rp nazis or have a nazi inspired state, go ahead. Just dont use their symbols.

Check here for the rules.
But the main rule of thumb for flags is nothing that would be considered above rated PG, since the site is only for people 13 and older.
So no lewd content.
And nothing that would be considered a terrorist or hate organization.
It's actually really easy to not get hit for a flag violation: Just don't use Nazi iconography. The Upper Balkans wrote:Well, the lion on my flag isn't a nazi symbol so do you think it'd be allowed?
Is it connected to a terrorist or hate group? If no, then you're likely in the clear.

As TS adapts to new normal, large flagellant sects remain -|- TurtleShroom forfeits imperial dignity -|- "Skibidi Toilet" creator awarded highest artistic honor for contributions to wholesome family entertainment (obscene gestures cut out)

If impartiality and objectiveness was a thing on this site, your Afrikaans bird wouldn't be illegal, as it is not a National Socialist symbol. (Just because it looks a bit like a swastika doesn't make it one. As an example, the Golden Dawn uses an ancient Greek symbol that has existed for thousands of years, but most people think it's a stylized swastika. You can never tell in this overly sensitive world.)
However, I reiterate the others who answered: you cannot use Nazi symbols. No swastikas, no SS bolts, no spread gold eagle holding a Nazi symbol. You also can't use anything sexually obscene, dirty, or vulgar, including swear words.
I'm not sure if the Iron Cross is lawful, though, given that most people associate every Prussian and Imperial German symbol with Hitler.
