As the linked quote shows, I clarified that I am not accusing SP of breaking the rules. The word "trolling" can be used a more general sense, not only as the specific behaviour prohibited by the OSRS.

This is a post. It calls me out of suspected trolling. It was not reported in Moderation, but named in-thread.

Trollnaming is a post made only to call out a player suspected of trolling.

My interpretation of this rule is that the term "trolling" specifically refers to the prohibited behaviour defined in the OSRS as "trolling", and not the broader concept of trolling. I think this is supported by the apparent purpose of the trollnaming rule, which is to prevent spam by ensuring that reports of rulebreaking behaviour are made solely in moderation.

As I've said, I'm not accusing you of "trolling" as defined in the OSRS. This is because I don't think your conduct is as direct or as malicious as the example given, which is 'ALL JEWS ARE [insert vile comment here]'.

However, I do think you're engaging in bad-faith behaviour to bait and mock pro-lifers, and I think it's important to call you out on it regardless of whether it is against the rules.

I think this behaviour is properly described in a general sense as trolling, but I can use a different word if the mods insist that "trolling" only be used to refer to rulebreaking.

Yeah, you need to do that. And please bear in mind that taking an opposing position on contentious issues such as abortion doesn't make the argument either baiting or bad faith.
